Rafael J. Hurtado
Rafael J. Hurtado is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies – Political Science and a Minor in French Literature. Rafael earned his law degree from California Western School of Law. Rafael is admitted to practice law in the State of California, and is also admitted to practice in the Southern District of California.
Both from a personal perspective as a former food worker and as an attorney representing employees against large companies, Rafael knows what workers are faced with on a day-to-day basis. Rafael cares about equality in the workplace and strongly believes that with a bit of knowledge, we can all succeed.
Rafael currently serves as an At-Large Director on the San Diego Law Raza Lawyers Association and has been active in his community for more than 7 years.
